General Guidelines

The editors request that articles submitted to the ACTEC Law Journal include an abstract.

Formatting

We prefer submissions in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, or Rich Text format (RTF). All text, including quotations and footnotes, should be prepared in double-spaced typescript as specified in the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Please provide your full address, including e-mail, in all correspondence.

Unpublished

The ACTEC Law Journal does not publish work that has been or will be published elsewhere. Only in rare cases will the ACTEC Law Journal agree to publish pieces that have appeared in substantially similar form in either wording or substance in other publication venues.
